- Enter Registration Code - You should receive your registration code in your confirmation email from Kagi within 4 hours of ordering. Type your name and registration code from the email into Empire Express’s preferences window.
How to Upgrade
Registered owners of Empire Express versions 1.0 through 1.6.1 can purchase an upgrade to version 2.0 for $19.98. To purchase an upgrade follow these easy steps:
- Find Your Registration Code for Version 1.0, 1.5, or 1.6 - Open any version of Empire Express older than 2.0 and choose Preferences from the menu or find the original email from Kagi that contained your registration code. Select the registration code with your mouse and choose Copy from the Edit menu to copy the registration code to the clipboard. Also make note of the exact spelling of your name in the registration information.
- Purchase an Upgrade from Kagi - Purchase an Empire Express upgrade with a credit card or check using the upgrade order form. In the space on the order form for the registration code paste in the registration code from the above step. On the Kagi page for entering your name and address, enter your name exactly as it appears in your registration.
- Download Empire Express - If you have not already downloaded Empire Express version 2.0, download it now.
- Enter Registration Code - If our order system is able to verify your
registration information, you will receive your new version 2.0 registration code in your
confirmation email from Kagi within 4 hours of ordering.
Type your name and registration code from the email into Empire Express’s preferences
window.
If the name and code entered on the order form do not exactly match the original registration, then we will have to verify your registration manually and then email your version 2.0 registration separately. This is normally sent within 2 business days but may occasionally require longer.
